Executive Coaching

While there are many avenues to power and authority, true leadership seems to be much more elusive. In today's world, there are countless examples of individuals who have sought and achieved positions of responsibility without ever having done the type of self work that would make them fit to lead.

The goal in these individual coaching sessions would be to identify who you are as a person. What is your integrity, what are your values, how do you respond to criticism, disappoint, disrespect, etc. The answers to these and other questions will clarify who you are or will be as a leader. You may be capable of organizing a great event, or negotiating an impeccable  contract, or asking all the right questions, but when other people are involved, will they be able to trust you with the details of their humanity? Leadership isn't about one or the other. Effective leadership truly is all or nothing.
